Our policy is that all firearms and ammunition sales are final.  We are happy to work with you in advance of your purchase to provide as much information about the product in question as possible, including high-definition photographs and videos.

As for all sales of soft or hard goods that do not qualify as firearms or ammunition, you may return said items pursuant to the terms set forth on this site.  All such returns must be requested within ten (10) days of the date of purchase.  To be eligible for such a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges associated with a return permitted under the terms of this policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also send a subsequent email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable period.  Please note, however, that all shipping and handling charges you paid associated with any products ordered from us are nonrefundable.


Again, all sales of firearms or ammunition are final.  We will not offer exchanges on such products. 


We will exchange hard or soft goods that do not qualify as firearms or ammunition under the terms set forth in this policy.  All exchange requests must be received within ten (10) days of the date of the order in question.  In order to qualify for exchange, qualifying hard or soft goods must be in the original packaging in an undamaged and unused state.  The goods must be in a condition as good as when received.

Our products are shipped within 2-3 days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  Remember, all shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you are attempting to make a return/exchange permitted under this policy and the value of the goods you are attempting to return exceeds $50, you should consider using a shipping method that is both insured and trackable.  We will not honor returns/exchanges if we do not actually receive the item that is the subject of the return/exchange.
