All products sold through this site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Compliance with State & Local Laws

It is your responsibility to ensure all items purchased from us (including magazines, ammunition, firearms, etc.) comply with all laws to which you are subject before you purchase.  We reserve the right to cancel a sale if we, in good faith, believe that (i) an item purchased is not legal in your jurisdiction or (ii) shipping the item to you or to your FFL would, for one reason or another, subject us to criminal or civil liability in any manner.  We will not ship any firearms or ammunition to California.

Local FFL

All firearms, unless picked up directly from our brick-and-mortar location, can only be shipped to a federal firearms licensee ("FFL").  It is your responsibility to find an FFL local to you and to arrange to have that FFL send a copy of their current federal firearms license to us.  FFLs should send a copy of their  federal firearms license to andy@arapahoearms.com.  You will likely be responsible to that FFL for a "transfer fee."  You are solely responsible for any charges incurred at your local FFL.  We reserve the right to cancel any sale involving a firearm if we do not receive a valid, legible copy of your local FFL's federal firearms license within ten (10) days of purchase.

Used Guns (if applicable)

As with all used firearms we sell, we recommend you have the gun inspected by your gunsmith before firing.  If you use the firearm without first having a trusted gunsmith inspect the firearm, you assume the risk associated with any damage to yourself or your property that may result from any issues with the firearm that would have been revealed by a competent gunsmith's inspection of the firearm.
